To be clear, there are two sessions on Tuesday, am & pm.
5:30am - Lake Samsonvale, Bullocky's Rest carpark 5:30am, walk and run [hosts Ben & Sue & Stan]
7:30pm - SPCC carpark, night run under streetlights [host Gabriel]
